The Waterway Pines Condominium Association is located in Holland,  Michigan between Lakewood Blvd and James Street and just west of 152nd Street. We are north of Lake Macatawa and east of Lake Michigan. Our 45 acre development began in 1996, consists of 148 units, and all construction was completed in 2005.
